Work begins on your web site
with a 50% deposit. (No copyrighted illustrations can be used
for your site theme. We can compliment the look of your event
theme.)
Included with the deposit should be the following: |

Your
page format choice. |

b. |
Sample
colors or theme examples needed to illustrate the look you
want for your site. |

c. |
Header
information |
| |
d. |
Deadline
for site completion |

| 2. |
The page format will then be
customized to your needs and requirements. You will be able
to view your web page in a temporary holding site. Allow one
week from receipt of your information to approve your web
page |

| 3. |
With
email verification of your acceptance of your web site the
following should be sent as well: |

a. |
A word.doc that contains the
content for you web site. Containing information for each
page under the heading of each page name |
| |
b. |
Photos to be placed on your
pages with any captions |
| |
c. |
Directions for
your location. This should be in separate word.doc written
out as your guests will need for reaching their destinations. |

d. |
Your photo album photos. |
| |

1. |
Photos
must be named in the order in which you want them displayed
for example (it’s easier to start with 101.jpg, 102.jpg,
etc.) Send only photos to be used. |

A
word document with captions for each photo with corresponding
.jpg name. |
| |

101 = Mark and Jenny’s
perfect day |

102 = Up early for sunrise
breakfast |

103 = Early beginnings for
Graduation Day |

3. |
Photos must be in .jpg format.
They can be E-mailed or if you are unable to scan them we
can provide scanning services for an additional fee of $5.00
per photo. For scanning purposes only non-returnable photos
can be used, unless you provide a pre-paid return envelope. |

Your
site will be created and your content will be placed on your
pages. The site will be viewable in our temporary holding
area. When your site is completed and we have received the
balance due, your site will be place on the Internet under
your www.ASpecialTimeFor.com/Your_Family web address. |

| 5. |
We
will E-Mail you a link to you web address. All that's left
to do is to send out your E-mail link directing your friends
and family to your web site.
